Funny outrageouse people suing companies for a dumb reason?

I don't know why judges can't just listen to them and then throw them out of court and fine them for wasting the court's time. It only leads to more and more silly precident setting foolishness. It's funny though to read them but not when you think about the poor folks who had to pay that money out.
