I'm pregnant, and my obgyn said I was 5 weeks but that impossible?

I last period started on march 6th. I took to preg test this past week, both PREGO! so I called my gyn (my appointment is tomarrow) abd she says she believes I am about 5 weeks. How can that be when five weeks ago was 4 days before my last period. I'm lost at this point.
