Will I be forgiven for thiss?

So I really like piercings, but I'm also a christian. I feel bad when I think about it, I feel like God or Jesus will hate me for the things I say or do ( getting "marks" ). People will say "God does not forgive intentional sin" then others say "We do not live under old testament rules." I am really confused, but I cannot decide. HELP :] !
