Numbness in nose and fingers. Blindness in one area of eye.?

I have had brief numbness in my nose, thumb, index and middle finger. About a minute later my nose still felt the same but the numbness left my 3 fingers and moved to my ring and pinky finger. I've also been having an odd blindness in my eye, first starting with blurriness on the left side of my left eye, to two vertical kaleidoscope looking lines in both eyes. This whole time I've also had a bad headache. I don't have any trouble moving the muscles on my face or moving my arms which would rule out a stroke. What could it be?
