I'm a picky eater...help!?
I am 26 and trying to lose some weight (i'm just at the high end of the "normal" scale), and am having a heck of a time finding things I like to eat. I've been eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast and dinner (nothing sugary...never have liked that stuff), and the problem is that I LOVE pasta, so I have that a lot for lunch - with er and parm cheese. OK OK I LOVE carbs! I hate most veggies (I do like broccoli, cauliflower, corn, green beans, raw carrots [not cooked!], and potatoes. I also like a lot of fruit with the exception of canteloupe and melon. Oh, and I LOVE cheese. Also not a big meat eater, though I do like shaved turkey and chicken and also fish, just don't know how to prepare it. I just need some recipes with variety, I'm getting so bored and when I get bored, I cheat really bad...any suggestions on my limited palate??
