6 month old baby girl doesnt talk much?

I used to a couple months ago be like "Oh Ooo" ... and she would copy...Now she doesnt talk much and she'll stick her tounge out and be like blah blah lol...am i being paraniod or could something be wrong...she has her 6 mo appt monday so ill ask more q's then... . .. .... .. . Also poor thing has a clogged runny nose she breathes and its so loud i feel so bad for her and she has a little cough...ah I just freak out...she hasnt been sick til now (if this is sick..OR NOT????) ty
