ANGRY!!! I HATE MY DONKEY OF A COWORKER!!!?

This sort of thing happens everyday. Women getting less pay and less respect. Having some one in control who is not as experienced as they are. As far as being better, it's not a matter of being better, it's a matter of choices. Who ever is in charge of hiring and firing is either uninformed or is that sort of person as well. Many people have opted to take a job where they are overqualified rather than deal with the baggage of the unfair but all too familiar higher paying, unfair work ethics kind of work place.
