Are you an instigator? If you are why do you like it?

I realized I am, really bad at fanning both sides of a flame. I need to change that about me. It's not nice. Is it two faced? See i don't bad mouth others I just really help them see their point, but I'm making the arguement worse. eeek that's sucky about me.
