Disqualified can I join the Marines?

I'm currently awaiting shipment to basic training. I have a criminal tresping charge ( my mother ) when i was 17 that I forgot to mention at meps. Recruiter informs me theres a warrant for my arrest: I never showed in court to pay the fine. The fine has aculated to staggering $365.30. He tells me: This fine must be paid by tuesday or I'm disqualified and have to wait six months to re-enlist with a waiver. Mind you it's 9:33pm Sunday! If im disqualified can I go see a Marine Recruiter? I scored a 42 on my asvab: Could have done better but I only like math and reading comprehension. I was interested in ARMY cause Im Special Force material. If im disqualified can I go join the Marines?
