Do you think my father is cheating on my mother?

ok so i think my dad is cheating on my mom because i went into his email and read his chats that he had with his friends ex girlfriend, and a few of them said my dad said "wish i was there to mage u"...and my mom told me that they havent had in over 2 years...and i also read in one of my dads chats with his friends ex girlfriend that my dad said "i've been supporting this ***** (my mom) for 29 years ...and then the girl said are you officially divorced?, and my dad said as of january 22nd...so i think my dad is lieng to the girl about the divorce because he barely pays the bills properly around here like he owes all of out providers over $500 each and i think he cannot afford a divorce and i also think he is cheating because he always says he is gonna hang out with his friend james and he always takes his napsack with his sweatpants in it so what do u think?....please tell me if u think he is cheating on my mother or not pleaseeeeee!!....and also tell me if u think he is lieng to the other woman about the divorce please!!!...thank you guys :)
