How much wattage does a 98 ford explorer stereo put out?

i have a 98 explorer i guess it has preminum aound. it has a cd/catte player and a cd changer in the center. i have new speaker and i need to know if the stock head unit is putting out enough power anyone know how much wattage it puts out?
