Should I call my HR Representative (Problems with another Employee)?

I'm having a problem with someone I work with. He's rude, demeaning, condescending, sarcastic, and overly aggressive when ever I try to talk to him. I've talked to my department manager and the store's istant manager about this (I work at a grocery store) but his attitude and behavior are persisting. Should I call someone at HR about this? What are the consequences if I do to me?
