Wart problem getting worse, help please!?

so i have a wart problem. i have 7 warts in my hands and 4 more are startin to grow in. i have a big on my right big toe. i tried freezin them off but some of them grew back. Right now i burned two of them because i want to see if it works. I was told that if i get rid of the big one, the rest will go away. so i want to know what i can do because they hurt when they get accidentally hit with something and i'm gettin tired of them. Last time i went to the doctors, they said the virus was inside me, what does that mean? Does it mean i can't get rid of them?
