What's the best way to relax before the ACTs?

I'm pretty much freaked out right now. I have about a week until I start my testing. I live in Illinois and we have a thing called the PSAE which is the ACT exam one day and Work Keys, for Reading and Math, and a Science portion the second day. I'm feeling pretty agitated about the whole ordeal because I want to get a good score but I feel like my nervousness is going to screw that up for me. I just want to practice some type of relaxation method until the first testing day. I don't want to mess this up like I did in September when I took a Pre-ACT. I freaked out beyond belief and did pretty badly. Well, bad for me. I'm trying to shoot for a 28 or higher and I got a 25 in September. I was just wondering if there are any good relaxing methods out there that could help me. (And I don't mean drugs or anything! I don't do anything like that so please don't suggest it.) Thanks.
