Whos your fave rapper of the oo's ( year 2000-Now) and Y?

I got to go with Kanye West. He may not have the most intricate lyrics but I love his songs. Also he raps against the guns and gang killings. I love his voice and though unrelated to this question his beats are amazing and he makes them himself.
