I need to lose weight!!15 year old!!!!!?

Eat salads everyday at school. Try really hard in PE. Don't give up. I am 12 yrs old and I had a similar problem - I was chubby. But then I brought a treadmill and ran on it everyday and started tennis and trampoling after school. Do as much excersise as you can. Go for a bike ride before breakfast.... Eat healthy, stay healthy
