Is the NATO alliance falling apart?

The NATO countries outside of Europe have less and less in common as the years go by. Countries like Turkey are already aligning themselves with China and the America's unflinching support for its only ally Israel puts many European countries off the alliance. Is the alliance it falling to pieces?
