Problem with tall 7.2 in windows 7 OS?

i have a dell laptop with windows 7 OS and installed tally 7.2 into this laptop. but whenever i open the tally 7.2 , the opening screen appearing for a fraction of seconds and disappears immediately. how can i overcome this problem?
